Upliftext Clarity Coaching — Terms, Conditions and Support Guidelines

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase and submitting your intake form you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything below.
1. Who provides this service
This service is provided by Rhianne Newton, trading as Upliftext Clarity Coaching, part of Upliftext. You can contact me at info@upliftext.com.
2. What this service is
Upliftext Clarity Coaching is a peer support and empowerment coaching service delivered via private voice note and written message. All support is based on personal lived experience of toxic relationships, manipulation, coercive control, gaslighting and related relationship dynamics.
This service is designed to help you gain clarity, feel validated, reconnect with your sense of self and feel empowered. Every session is grounded in genuine lived experience and delivered with complete confidentiality and without judgement.
3. What this service is not — important
This service is not, and should never be treated as, any of the following:
Therapy, psychotherapy or counselling of any kind
Clinical or medical treatment or advice
Crisis intervention or emergency support
Legal advice
A diagnostic service — I will never diagnose you or anyone else with any condition, disorder or personality type
A substitute for professional mental health support
Rhianne Newton is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist or medical professional. She holds no formal clinical qualifications. The support offered is peer coaching — the sharing of personal experience, honest perspective and empowerment tools — delivered by someone with direct lived experience of toxic relationship dynamics.
If your mental health or safety requires professional intervention, you must seek that support from a qualified professional.
4. Packages and what is included
Single Clarity Response — £20 One voice note or written message submission (voice note up to 5 minutes or written message, plus up to 3 screenshots). One detailed voice note response delivered within 24 hours. No follow-up exchanges are included within this package.
3-Day Clarity Support — £55 Three days of support beginning from the date you are added to the private channel. Up to 2 exchanges per day. Voice notes up to 10 minutes total per day. Up to 5 screenshots per day. Responses delivered within 12 hours each day.
7-Day Deep Support — £110 Seven days of support beginning from the date you are added to the private channel. Up to 3 exchanges per day. Voice notes up to 15 minutes total per day. Up to 8 screenshots per day. Pattern and theme work across the week. Responses delivered within 12 hours each day.
5. Response times
Packages operate on a 12 to 24-hour response window. This means I respond to messages received once daily, typically within my morning response window. This is not an instant messaging service and I am not available throughout the day.
Responses are delivered on working days. If I am unable to respond within the agreed window due to illness or unforeseen circumstances I will notify you as soon as possible and extend your package accordingly.
6. How support is delivered
Support is delivered via a private voice note and messaging on Whatsapp Business. You will be added to this channel after your intake form has been received and reviewed. You may send voice notes, written messages and screenshots within the limits of your package.
You agree to send focused, structured messages to help me give you the most useful response possible. I reserve the right to address the most relevant parts of a submission if it significantly exceeds the agreed limits, and will let you know when this is the case.
7. Confidentiality
Everything you share with me is treated with complete confidentiality. I will never share your personal information, the content of your messages, or details of your situation with any third party, except in the following circumstances:
If I believe you are in immediate danger and disclosing information is necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others
If I am required to do so by law
You agree that you will not share, screenshot, record, publish or distribute my voice note responses or written messages without my express written permission. My responses are personal, private and intended solely for you.
8. Safeguarding
If at any point during our support I believe you are in immediate physical danger, I will pause support and direct you to appropriate emergency or specialist services. This may include the National Domestic Abuse Helpline, Samaritans, or emergency services.
I am not a crisis service and am not equipped to provide crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger please contact:

By purchasing this service you confirm that you are not currently in immediate physical danger. If your situation changes and you feel unsafe at any point, please contact the above services immediately.
9. Payment and refund policy
All packages must be paid in full before support begins. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Refunds:
If you request a refund before your intake form has been submitted and before you have been added to the private channel, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
If you request a refund after being added to the channel but before any exchanges have taken place, a refund of 50% of the package price will be issued.
Once support has commenced — meaning at least one exchange has taken place — no refund will be issued. This is because my time, emotional labour and preparation cannot be returned once given.
If you are unsatisfied with your support please contact me directly at info@upliftext.com and I will do everything I can to address your concerns.
10. Package expiry
Timed packages (3-day, 7-day) begin on the date you are added to the private channel, not the date of purchase. Unused days or exchanges within a package do not carry over and packages cannot be paused once started unless agreed in advance due to exceptional circumstances.
The 3-Day Clarity Support package runs across 3 consecutive calendar days from the date support begins. The 7-Day Deep Support package runs across 7 consecutive calendar days from the date support begins. Days are not paused, banked or extended because a client did not send a message on a given day. If you do not send a message on a particular day within your package window that day is considered used and the package continues to run. It is your responsibility to make use of your package within the active window. I will send a reminder on the penultimate day of your package to let you know your window is closing.
If you experience a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance during your package window and need to pause, please contact me as soon as possible at info@upliftext.com and I will consider extensions at my sole discretion on a case by case basis.
11. Upgrading your package
You may upgrade to a longer package or add a call at any point during your support by contacting me directly. Any upgrade will be charged at the difference between packages at the current listed price.
12. My right to end support
I reserve the right to end or pause support at any time if:
I believe your situation requires professional clinical intervention beyond the scope of peer coaching
Your communication becomes abusive, threatening or inappropriate toward me
You significantly and repeatedly exceed the agreed package limits despite being made aware of them
I have serious concerns about your immediate safety that require specialist intervention
In the event that I end support early for any of the above reasons I will always explain my reasoning, signpost you to appropriate alternative support, and issue a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of your package.
13. Limitation of liability
Upliftext Clarity Coaching accepts no liability for any decisions made by clients during or after the support period. The support provided is peer coaching based on lived experience and does not guarantee any specific outcome. Results vary between individuals and depend entirely on personal circumstances.
I am not responsible for any action taken or not taken by you as a result of our conversations. All decisions remain entirely your own.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you in connection with this service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant package.
14. Intellectual property
All voice note responses, written messages and content created by me as part of this service remain my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share, publish or use my responses for any commercial purpose without my express written permission.
15. Your data and privacy
Your personal data including your name, email address, and the information you share in your intake form and during support will be stored securely and used only to deliver your support package and communicate with you about your support. I will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

This service complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes to these terms
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes will not affect purchases already made.
