Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any Upliftext product or service. By placing an order, subscribing, or submitting your intake form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. ABOUT US
Upliftext is a relationship wellness brand operated by Rhianne Newton, based in the United Kingdom. We offer three products and services:
Upliftext Subscription: personalised daily relationship text messages delivered to your phone (Classic and Bespoke plans available).
Clarity Coaching: private, lived-experience peer support delivered via voice note on encrypted WhatsApp Business.
The Intentional Relationship Journal: a physical guided journal designed for individuals and couples.

2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS — PLEASE READ
2.1 Qualifications, Training and Scope of Service
Rhianne Newton has completed accredited training in Couples Therapy, Relationship Coaching, and Marriage Counselling, and is a member of the Institute of Advanced Therapy and Healing (IOATH). Upliftext's services are informed by this training alongside Rhianne's extensive personal lived experience of toxic relationship dynamics.
However, Upliftext's products and services — including Clarity Coaching — are offered as coaching and peer support, not as clinical therapy or medical treatment. Rhianne Newton is not a licensed psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, or medical professional registered with a statutory body such as the BACP, UKCP, or BPS. If you are experiencing a serious mental health crisis or require clinical intervention, you must seek support from a qualified clinical professional.
2.2 Coaching and Peer Support
Clarity Coaching draws on Rhianne's accredited relationship coaching training and her lived personal experience of toxic relationships, gaslighting, coercive control, and recovery. It is designed to provide empowerment, clarity, and practical support — not clinical diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace professional mental health care. We strongly encourage anyone experiencing serious mental health difficulties to seek support from a qualified clinical professional.
2.3 No Diagnosis
Rhianne Newton will never diagnose you, your partner, or anyone else with any condition, disorder, or personality type. Any patterns named during support are shared as observations based on lived experience, not clinical assessment.
2.4 Emergency Situations
If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (999), the National Domestic Abuse Helpline: 0808 2000 247 (free, 24 hours), or Samaritans: 116 123 (free, 24 hours). Upliftext is not an emergency or crisis service.
2.5 Coach Endorsements
References to relationship coaches on our website are endorsements of the Upliftext concept and approach. These coaches are independent professionals, are not employed by Upliftext, and bear no responsibility for the content of any messages or support provided.
3. UPLIFTEXT SUBSCRIPTION — TERMS
3.1 What's Included
Your subscription includes, depending on your plan:
One personalised text message per day (per person enrolled on the plan)
Keepsake prompt postcards sent on key dates (Valentine's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries where dates have been provided)
Access to the Milestone Memory Bank App
Timely relationship reminders
Exact features vary between Classic and Bespoke plans. Full details are available at www.upliftext.com. We reserve the right to adjust or enhance features as the service evolves and will notify subscribers of any significant changes.
3.2 Personalisation
Messages are personalised based on information you provide at sign-up, including your relationship goals, love languages, attachment style, relationship stage, and communication preferences. The quality and relevance of personalisation depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply. We are not responsible for messages that feel less relevant if inaccurate or incomplete information was provided.
3.3 Five-Day Free Trial
We offer a 5-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly rolling plan at the applicable rate. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends via the customer portal or by emailing info@upliftext.com.
3.4 Pricing and Billing
For Both of Us (Couple plan): £9.00 per month
Just For Me (Individual plan): £5.00 per month
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Billing is monthly and recurring. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar date until cancelled. Prices are subject to change; we will give at least 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
3.5 SMS Text Message Deliver
By subscribing to Upliftext and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated personalised text messages from Upliftext on the number provided. These messages form the core of your subscription service.
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, simply text STOP to the number from which you receive your messages. You will receive a confirmation that your opt-out has been processed and no further messages will be sent to that number. You can re-subscribe at any time by contacting info@upliftext.com.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network and tariff. Upliftext is not responsible for any charges applied by your network provider.
It is your responsibility to ensure your mobile number remains up to date. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect numbers, network outages, or carrier restrictions.
3.6 Email Communication
When you subscribe, you will receive transactional emails related to your account, including your welcome email, intake form link, billing receipts, and service updates. These are necessary for delivering your service.
Where you have given consent, we may also send you marketing emails including relationship tips, product updates, and special offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting info@upliftext.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect your subscription or your receipt of transactional account emails.
3.7 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer billing portal at billing.stripe.com or by emailing info@upliftext.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive messages until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
3.8 Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@upliftext.com within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.
3.9 Bespoke Plan
The Bespoke plan offers a higher level of personalisation. Full details of what is included are set out on the website at the time of purchase. Bespoke subscribers agree to provide additional information to enable deeper personalisation. The same cancellation and refund terms apply as for the Classic plan.
4. CLARITY COACHING — FULL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND SUPPORT GUIDELINES
Please read this section carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase and submitting your intake form you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything below.
4.1 Who Provides This Service
Clarity Coaching is provided personally by Rhianne Newton, trading as Upliftext Clarity Coaching, part of Upliftext. Contact: info@upliftext.com.
4.2 What This Service Is
Upliftext Clarity Coaching is a relationship coaching and peer support service delivered via private voice note and written message through encrypted WhatsApp Business. Rhianne Newton has completed accredited training in Couples Therapy, Relationship Coaching, and Marriage Counselling, and is a member of the Institute of Advanced Therapy and Healing (IOATH). Her approach is further grounded in her own lived experience of toxic relationships, manipulation, coercive control, gaslighting, and related relationship dynamics
This service is designed to help you gain clarity, feel validated, reconnect with your sense of self, and feel empowered. Every session combines trained coaching insight with genuine lived understanding, delivered with complete confidentiality and without judgement.
4.3 What This Service Is Not — Important
This service is not, and should never be treated as, any of the following:
Regulated therapy, psychotherapy, or clinical counselling
Clinical or medical treatment or advice
Crisis intervention or emergency support
Legal advice
A diagnostic service — Rhianne Newton will never diagnose you or anyone else with any condition, disorder, or personality type
A substitute for professional clinical mental health support
While Rhianne Newton holds accredited coaching and counselling training and is a member of IOATH, she is not a licensed psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, or medical professional registered with a statutory body such as the BACP, UKCP, or BPS. The support offered is relationship coaching informed by accredited training and lived experience — not regulated clinical practice. If your mental health or safety requires clinical intervention, you must seek that support from a qualified clinical professional.
4.4 Eligibility
Clarity Coaching is available to women aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this eligibility requirement.
4.5 Packages and What Is Included
Single Clarity Response — £20
One voice note or written message submission (voice note up to 5 minutes, or written message, plus up to 3 screenshots)
One detailed voice note response delivered within 24 hours
No follow-up exchanges are included within this package
3-Day Clarity Support — £55
Three days of support beginning from the date you are added to the private channel
Up to 2 exchanges per day
Voice notes up to 10 minutes total per day
Up to 5 screenshots per day
Responses delivered within 12 hours each day
7-Day Deep Support — £110
Seven days of support beginning from the date you are added to the private channel
Up to 3 exchanges per day
Voice notes up to 15 minutes total per day
Up to 8 screenshots per day
Pattern and theme work across the week

4.6 Response Times
Packages operate on a 12 to 24-hour response window. Rhianne responds to messages received once daily, typically within a morning response window. This is not an instant messaging service and is not available throughout the day. Responses are delivered on working days. If Rhianne is unable to respond within the agreed window due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and your package will be extended accordingly.
4.7 How Support Is Delivered
Support is delivered via private voice note and messaging on encrypted WhatsApp Business. You will be added to the private channel after your intake form has been received and reviewed. You may send voice notes, written messages, and screenshots within the limits of your package. You agree to send focused, structured messages to help Rhianne give you the most useful response possible. Rhianne reserves the right to address the most relevant parts of a submission if it significantly exceeds the agreed limits, and will advise you when this is the case.
4.8 Package Expiry
Timed packages (3-day, 7-day) begin on the date you are added to the private channel, not the date of purchase. Unused days or exchanges within a package do not carry over and packages cannot be paused once started unless agreed in advance due to exceptional circumstances.
Days are not paused, banked, or extended because a client did not send a message on a given day. If you do not send a message on a particular day within your package window, that day is considered used and the package continues to run. It is your responsibility to make use of your package within the active window.
A reminder will be sent on the penultimate day of your package. If you experience a genuine emergency during your package window and need to pause, please contact info@upliftext.com as soon as possible. Extensions may be considered at Rhianne's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
4.9 Upgrading Your Package
You may upgrade to a longer package at any point during your support by contacting info@upliftext.com. Any upgrade will be charged at the difference between packages at the current listed price.
4.10 Confidentiality
Everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality. Your personal information, the content of your messages, and details of your situation will never be shared with any third party, except where Rhianne believes you are in immediate danger and disclosure is necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others, or where required to do so by law.
You agree that you will not share, screenshot, record, publish, or distribute Rhianne Newton's voice note responses or written messages without her express written permission. Responses are personal, private, and intended solely for you.
4.11 Safeguarding
If at any point during support Rhianne believes you are in immediate physical danger, support will be paused and you will be directed to appropriate emergency or specialist services.
Clarity Coaching is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger please contact:

By purchasing this service you confirm that you are not currently in immediate physical danger. If your situation changes and you feel unsafe at any point, please contact the above services immediately.
4.12 Payment and Refund Policy
All packages must be paid in full before support begins. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
If you request a refund before your intake form has been submitted and before you have been added to the private channel: a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
If you request a refund after being added to the channel but before any exchanges have taken place: a refund of 50% of the package price will be issued.
Once support has commenced — meaning at least one exchange has taken place — no refund will be issued. This is because Rhianne's time, emotional labour, and preparation cannot be returned once given.
If you are unsatisfied with your support, please contact info@upliftext.com and every effort will be made to address your concerns.
4.13 Right to End Support
Rhianne Newton reserves the right to end or pause support at any time if your situation requires professional clinical intervention beyond the scope of peer coaching, if communication becomes abusive, threatening, or inappropriate, if you significantly and repeatedly exceed the agreed package limits despite being made aware of them, or if there are serious concerns about your immediate safety requiring specialist intervention.
If support ends early for any of the above reasons, the reasoning will be explained, appropriate alternative support will be signposted, and a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of your package will be issued.
4.14 Intellectual Property
All voice note responses, written messages, and content created by Rhianne Newton as part of this service remain her intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share, publish, or use her responses for any commercial purpose without her express written permission.
5. THE INTENTIONAL RELATIONSHIP JOURNAL — TERMS
5.1 Product Details
The Intentional Relationship Journal is a physical printed book, priced at £34.99. You will always be charged the price confirmed at the time of your order.
5.2 Delivery
The journal is shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery timescales and any applicable postage costs will be confirmed at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
5.3 Returns and Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return most physical goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact info@upliftext.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We are unable to accept returns of journals that have been written in or damaged after receipt.
5.4 Damaged or Missing Orders
If your journal arrives damaged, is defective, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact info@upliftext.com with your order details and, where possible, photographic evidence of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
5.5 Gifting
The Intentional Relationship Journal makes an ideal gift for anniversaries, weddings, Valentine's Day, and other occasions. If purchasing as a gift, please ensure the delivery address is accurate. We are unable to reroute orders after dispatch.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Upliftext website and across all Upliftext products — including text, graphics, logos, message frameworks, journal content, quiz content, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Rhianne Newton, trading as Upliftext, and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any Upliftext content commercially without prior written permission.
Your personal subscription messages are for your individual use only and may not be shared, sold, republished, or used for commercial purposes.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Upliftext is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months prior to any claim. We make no guarantee that our products or services will result in any specific relationship outcome. All decisions made during or after using any Upliftext product or service remain entirely your own.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The most current version will always be published at www.upliftext.com. Your continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will not affect purchases already made and in progress.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Upliftext's products or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
